TECHNICAL DETAILS
The foil is manufactured from a PTFE coated fabric which can be heated to high temperatures without burning. It provides the perfect non-stick surface for baking, frying and cooking. There are two grades or thickness Lightweight is flexible and ideal for folding into a tray. The heavyweight sheet is a little more rigid and provides a smoother surface. Both can be cut to fit into a given tray or cooking utensil.
