THE PROGRAMME
Sail training and business training with a difference.
The environment of the sea is used to take groups into a challenging unfamiliar environment in which they will need to rely on teamwork. We aim to make the event highly memorable and enjoyable, to build camaraderie and provide real life situations which require team work.
The courses last typically 5 days. They are tailored to the aims of each business and group.
If required modular sessions can be arranged for classroom teaching in selling skills, negotiation, conflict resolution, telephone skills, time management and similar topics. If you are unable to release people for five days two or three day courses can be arranged. The longer the course the more effective it will be for building teams.
PLACE AND VESSELS
The service is based on the Clyde or west coast operating out of Ardrossan, and centres such as Crinan and Balvicar on the West Coast
The cruises are on board a variety of vessels in the 38 to 42 ft range with a minimum of 8 berths and good facilities.
Any location - world-wide, would be considered in accord with your requirements.
PRIOR TO THE CRUISE
· Pre cruise meeting or brochures offering an introduction to the boat and details of what to bring.
· Agreement of objectives. List of participants and what is to be achieved.
