· Boat take over
· Arrival of crew
· Safety briefing and coffee. Discussion of personal objectives and interests.
· Sailing.
· Some tuition, sailing on different points of sail and short tacking.
· Day two - four Exercises and cruising
· Fishing option
· Day 5 sailing back to Base Crew take charge of the boat.
· Days 3 - 5 Observation and recording of team style and individuals roles.
· De-briefing on what has been accomplished. Assessment forms

Day one Familiarisation Short sail Anchoring Discussion of objectives.
Day two Sail to Ross of Mull and sound of Iona Sail handling, Manoeuvers.
Day two Sail to Coll Treshnish Islands or Gometra. Visit Fingal's Cave. Fishing options.
Day three Exploring ashore Sail to Tobermory
Day four Sail from Tobermory to Island of Seil.
Day five Return to Ardfern.
Debriefing to be arranged the following week.
