Our aim is to build effective teams rapidly, to promote understanding and release synergy. There is nothing particularly unique about these topics. What is unique is the way in which sail cruising is used as a natural team building activity.
The team is taken out of the day to day work environment to face real situations which require team work. It is the shared experience which is the greatest benefit.
